90-minute Swedish Massage

Service Description

Combining long strokes, different techniques and varying pressures, Swedish massage is used to bring the body back to a well-balanced state. Through gliding, kneading, rocking and compression movements, the client will benefit from increased circulation, decreased muscle tone and stretched superficial fascia. This modality is meant to be calming and soothing, encouraging the nervous system to relax.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will be applied for any cancelations within that time frame. 100% of the service fee will be charged for clients who do not show up for their appointment. If you need to cancel, please call Amanda at 970-531-3325. *Practitioner Cancelation – If a practitioner needs to cancel, we will call you with 24 hours’ notice. If the cancelation happens within the 24-hour timeframe, we will charge half price for a rescheduled session.
