75-minute Sound Bath

Service Description

Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years. The metal Tibetan Singing bowls range in pitch, size, and style and are incorporated to help reset the body. Affecting clients on a cellular level, the vibration and frequency from the bowls encourage cells to release unnecessary toxins built up from everyday life and settle into a harmonious vibration of peace and tranquility. The bowls I work with are tuned to D# and A# and are 8.5" and 9" in diameter, respectively. When played together, these bowls have a complimentary resonance that lingers on the ear drums, the body, and the auric field. In this sound bath, the client is invited to bring their own intention or focus to the session that the bowls could help address. While the client is covered, I guide the bowls over the body, playing them and listening for areas of 'stuck-ness'. My intention is to hold space for the client, the bowls do the rest. After a sound bath, clients have reported: "feeling lighter" "it's like fairies have carried me away" "the trembling in my hand has steadied".

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will be applied for any cancelations within that time frame. 100% of the service fee will be charged for clients who do not show up for their appointment. If you need to cancel, please call Amanda at 970-531-3325. *Practitioner Cancelation – If a practitioner needs to cancel, we will call you with 24 hours’ notice. If the cancelation happens within the 24-hour timeframe, we will charge half price for a rescheduled session.
